- Ridgley Library was constructed in 1902 and was the first library on the Danforth Campus. It served as the library until Olin Library was opened in 1962.

- Student, Louise Grant Smith - Law student in circa 1920. After graduation, she was the Woman's Page editor for the St. Louis Times. Then she traveled with Eleanor Roosevelt on a campaign to teach women how to be more politically effective. In 1944, she was appointed the first woman assistant attorney general of Missouri.
