Electronic Reserve Form for the Art and Architecture Library
Electronic Reserves (ERes) is a web-based electronic reserves management system. Only reserve material in electronic format can be placed on ERes. Other course material may be placed on Desk Reserve at the Art and Architecture Library or at other Washington University Libraries. For complete information about submitting ERes material see ERes Procedures for Instructors.
The Art and Architecture Library will scan and mount all reserve material for ERes (recommended). This form is provided for instructors in the Department of Art History and the Sam Fox School of Design. All other instructors should view Olin Library ERes information. Instructors have the option of managing your own ERes course website and the material placed on it. To set up and manage your own ERes account, see Managing Instructor ERes Accounts
To open a new ERes Course Account, supply ALL requested information and submit the form below. If you already have readings on ERes for a course you do not need to complete this form. If you have questions about placing materials on Electronic Reserve, please contact the Art and Architecture Library, or call 935-5268.
