Report Problems with Copiers, Printers, or Computers

If you have problems with a copier, printer, or computer in the Libraries, you may use this form to report it to the Library staff. You may also simply tell a Library staff member at the circulation or reference desk in any WU library.

Problem reports can be anonymous; all personal data is optional. If an address is supplied a personal response will be sent.
