Where are public computers available? (LabStats)

Public PC's in the Arc

Access to public PCs in The Arc (Level A, Olin Library) is restricted to members of the University community (students, faculty, and staff) except those computers connected to microform scanners near the entrance to The Arc.  Flatbed scanners are available for patron use in the Art and Architecture Library and in The Arc.

Public PC's in Olin Library and School/Departmental Libraries

The University Libraries provide public access computers in the following locations:

§  Olin Library – Levels B, A, 1, 2, and 3

§  Olin Library – The Arc (only available to members of the campus community)

§  Whispers Café

§  The Art and Architecture Library

§  The Chemistry Library

§  The East Asian Library

§  The Earth and Planetary Sciences Library

§  The Gaylord Music Library

§  The Kopolow Business Library

§  The West Campus Library

§  Art and Architecture: Luna Insight 5.6, ArtStor

§  Business: SDC Platinum, DS Advanced, DS Windows

§  Chemistry: Cambridge Crystal Structure (one PC only), ChemDrawSTD, Aldrech Database, Discovery Gate, Beilstein Crossfire Commander 7, Scifinder

§  Earth & Planetary Sciences: ArcGIS 9.2, Google Earth
